Features: * You can overlap widgets, these saves space. * It works with tasker and zooper too. * Widget are resizeable to any size (without raster). * Distinction between different orientations (portrait, landscape left, right) * Size, position and visibility separately editable for each orientation. * With Tasker you can dipending on the situation make a widget visible or hidden. Useful for mail and messenger widget to popup if mails or msseages comes in. * App launcher: Widget Launcher 2 does not have it, but that does not matter because there are plenty of appdrawers as Sidebars, Folder widget and others.
After installation: 1. Adding a widget is very simple. Just pull down the Notify menu and click on the "Widget Launcher 2" entry. 2. Now click on the desired widget. 3. After you see a yellow box with 3 buttons on your homescreen. The icon "trash" removes the widget. The icon "X" hides the widget in the current screen orientation. With the icon "crop" you can resize the widget. With the android 'back'-button on the bottom of your homescreen you can finish the edit mode and with a 'long click' on the widget you get back to the edit mode. 4. with Tasker, you can control the widget you have added.
