Tic Tac Toe 3D Extra includes four different game modes:
- Classic Mode, where two players compete in marking three cubes in a straight line to win.
- Reverse Mode, where the aim is to make your opponent mark three cubes in a straight line.
- Ghost Mode, where two to four players can clear each other's marked cubes.
- Chaos Mode, where four players can mark each other's cubes even when they have already been marked.
