A Port Scanner Description
A Port Scanner for Android is a free, fast and reliable network tool for scanning TCP network sockets on any contactable host or server. A Port Scanner allows you to make select a range of up to 100 ports at a time and run a port scan on any contactable host by IP address or host name.A Port Scanner will automatically check the latency of the host to be scanned when a scan commences. This check determines the maximum time time for each port to be scanned so the speed depends on the delay determined during this set up time. A list of recent hosts/IP addresses is maintained so it is very easy to re-scan a previously entered host.
When A Port Scanner has completed a scan, the resulting list shows all the open ports within the port range selected. Additionally, there is a quick reference section showing relevant details from the completed scan.
