Installation: Launch app and press 'install skin' Next screen tap OK to update/replace an existing (as app skin app is in an installer, because of a jelly bean encryption bug http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=32274544&postcount=135). Press 'done' on 'app installed' page Open UCCW app, press menu and click 'lock widgets' Then press off (this will let you edit the hotspots) Once finished editing skin open UCCW, press menu and click 'lock widgets' Then press on (this enables the hotspots)
