60 Second Yoga is an innovative yoga application that focuses on strength, endurance, and concentration. Each pose is held for 60 seconds allowing you to deepen the stretches as your muscles become more flexible. The end of each pose is signaled with a gong and a vibration allowing you to concentrate on the pose rather than the screen. The application features automatic advance allowing for a hands-free yoga practice. If you prefer more control, you can manually proceed to the next pose. Basic and advanced yoga poses are available.
